Property Fit Out Specialist

The Role

 

Partnering closely with key stakeholders externally and within our AutoGlass network, the Property Fit Out Specialist will support with a wide range property development and maintenance projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with new site fit outs to ensure service centres are ready for day one
  • Assisting with the planning, scheduling, and logistics of service centre relocations
  • Supporting with maintenance and upgrades to existing locations
  • Working alongside stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are met accurately and efficiently
  • Project administration including maintaining accurate and up to date records of project activities
  • Inter/intrastate travel required on a business needs basis

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Technology proficient including MS Office Suite
  • Strong stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Proven experience in planning, problem solving and ability to work in a multifaceted position
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
