As our Electrical Nominee / Project Manager for the O’Brien Group Services (OGS) Team, you will be responsible for the ownership of performance for accounts and new opportunities that involve Electrical SOW (Technical Knowledge, Pricing, etc) nationally. Don’t worry, we will get you onboarded and registered in the other states! About the Role - Responsible for the technical escalation point for the O’Brien Group Services (OGS) admin team, customers, and network
- Work with the sales team to identify achievable solutions for both existing and new customers
- Manage our members and subcontractors to ensure that the work is allocated and completed correctly and safely, with the correct skills and experience
- Develop and maintain current and new customer relationships including virtual and onsite meetings as required
- Adhere to the required compliance and safety standards, processes, and procedures in line with the Work Health and Safety Manual
- Monthly reporting on procedure and compliance to the required standards
About You - Current Electrical Licence and relevant trade-based experience
- Ideally you would have 5+ years’ experience in B2B or commercial environment (or large electrical company) preferred
- High level of communication skills and the ability to manage and maintain key stakeholders and account management
- Computer literate including the ability to use Microsoft Office
- Preferred experience in achieving business or market growth within an electrical, plumbing or glazing business
