The Role

 

Reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing this role will provide leadership and support in all aspects of WHS. This includes: 

  • Act as the safety partner to your own regional and front-line leaders
  • Drive improvement through strong collaboration with stakeholders
  • Promote and support the development of a proactive safety culture
  • Ensure that the business meets all WHS legislative requirements
  • Multi-site NSW remit (metro and regional)
  • This role is designed to be present and visible within our business

 

What we are looking for

 

Key role requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV of WHS minimum)
  • 5+ years’ experience in a designated WHS role
  • Strong understanding of relevant state and federal WHS legislation
  • Demonstrated experience in injury management, including Worker’s Compensation and Claims Management
  • Current and valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
