The Role

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Program Manager to lead and drive our key digital & transformation projects. Sitting as part of our Senior Leadership Team and working directly with our Executive and Global Teams, this is a critical and highly valued position. Typical responsibilities include:

• Lead, coach and develop project delivery teams across Aus and NZ
• Manage program dependencies, key deliverables, and milestones, ensuring successful delivery and implementation
• Stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas including executive, operations and IT
• Champion and role model a delivery excellence culture
• Design and shape our project delivery ways of working
• Some travel on an as needs basis will be required
