Senior Organisational Development Business Partner
Full Time - Padstow, NSW

The Role

 

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Organisational Development Business Partner to join our People and Leadership team. This position will provide tactical and strategic planning support across the full OD function and is spread across the employee life cycle. The Senior OD Business Partner will have a focus on DE&I, Giving Back, Reward & Recognition and Engagement. Working closely with the Head of OD and supporting Executives, Senior Leaders, and Global Teams, this role is designed to make a difference through valuable insights, action, and expert advice. This includes:

  • Collaboratively designing and implementing our EVP (Be you, Be Great, Be inspired) focussing on making life better for our people
  • Owning and delivering our diversity and inclusion strategy, thus impacting our organisation
  • Re-designing and delivering our Reward and Recognition Framework
  • Overseeing our Giving Back program and driving leadership involvement
  • Collaborating with our Global parent company Belron and regional partners to support innovative and best practice solutions

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated Organisational Development experience with a project focus (5+ years)
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and presenting skills
  • Experience with DE&I culture change programs/initiatives
  • Experience managing reward & recognition frameworks/systems
  • Demonstrated Project Management/delivery experience
  • Strong IT skills in particular MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
