Central Planning Coordinator

The Role

 

Partnering closely with our AutoGlass service centre network, the Central Planning Coordinator will use analytical thinking and best practice solutions to maximising productivity and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting multiple AutoGlass service centres in workforce scheduling with a focus on improving overall productivity
  • Promoting accountability for productivity KPI’s and providing reporting to ensure transparency amongst leaders
  • Completing audits and reviews of productivity and scheduling
  • Identify areas for improvement and support with creating action plans accordingly
  • Managing ADHOC scheduling and systems enquiries from the service centre network
