Project Coordinator
Full Time - Darra, QLD

Our SEQLD Glazing Operation is seeking a Project Coordinator who will play a vital role in connecting our Glaziers, Suppliers, and Customers.

In this position, you will ensure the timely coordination of goods and services, driving the success of our daily operations and projects.

 

 

As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting documentation and information to ensure clarity and precision.
  • Communicating effectively with glaziers about job requirements & customer expectations
  • Keeping customers informed with timely updates on lead times.
  • Coordinating glazing resources including with 3rd party service providers when required
  • Maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Supporting team members in various tasks as needed

 

We’re looking for candidates who are:

  • Flexible and available to work set hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Team players who are genuine and customer-focused.
  • Skilled in managing customer expectations with strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in providing written correspondence and comfortable with technology.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Experience with Simpro or planning systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with windows, shutters, garage doors, glass, or trades scheduling/planning is advantageous.
