Our Project Coordinator is a key position within our Glazing team where you would be responsible for maximising the conversion of opportunities for glazing jobs to major centres and surrounding areas.

Our Glazing Branch operates from 7.30am - 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Get off the tools and bring your glazing or carpentry knowledge to your next opportunity coordinating domestic and commercial jobs.

About the role:

• Coordinate glazing resources (O’Brien Glass trades and subcontractors) in a timely and profitable manner.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating of daily work.
• Liaise with other teams within the Kewdale and national operations.
• Coordinate jobs from end to end.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct liaison and communication with customers in answering queries and planning jobs.
• Stock and product ordering, simple quote generation and general admin abilities.
• Covering for other planning roles when required (planned and unplanned leave).

About you:

• Ability to manage stakeholders.
• Computer ability and confidence.
• Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities.
• Open to developing other skills and learning other parts of the business.
• Team member (humble, hungry and people smart)
• Simpro or other trade planning software experience an advantage.
• Glass and or trades scheduling / planning experience an advantage.
