About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Organisational Development professional who will work as member of the Organisational Development team reporting into the Head of OD. This is a diverse and fast moving role with a broad array of projects always on the go.  You will be responsible for taking a leading role in the team and partnering with the business to ensure successful implementation of solutions for various internal customers across Australia.

Here's some of what you'll do...

  • Engage with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts across different service lines to identify capability requirements for current and future business needs
  • Support the design and implementation of various capability development solutions across levels
  • Provide guidance and support to HRBP’s and business stakeholders on matters of learning, growth, engagement, change and communication
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, curate and deliver learning via multiple formats and delivery modes
  • Facilitate local and national workshops and programs in person and online in an engaging and motivating manner
  • Contribute to and lead broader OD projects such as talent attraction and identification, leadership development, culture, and change
  • Support and / or lead O’Brien Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Assist in the maintenance of our learning management system, and in driving engagement with our recognition platform
  • Some domestic travel will be required for training facilitation and coaching.

  • Strong experience designing learning using contemporary frameworks and models
  • Strong facilitation skills, supporting the development of junior role levels through to senior stakeholders on a broad array of professional skills e.g., career development, feedback skills and peer coaching
  • Experience managing projects and a demonstrated ability to plan, monitor and deliver excellent outcomes within timeframes and budget
  • Strong verbal reasoning, influencing and presentation skills and a high level of written communication skills
  • Resilience and are comfort with ambiguity – you can handle having tough conversations
  • Relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a learning and/or organisational development role
