About The Role

We are looking for a passionate OD Consultant to join our Organisational Development team and reporting into the Head of OD. This role will be pivotal, supporting and partnering with multiple stakeholders to achieve important milestones through the delivery of an array of OD projects and initiatives.


Here's some of what you will do...

  • Work with stakeholders internally and externally to drive projects and initiatives relating to learning, growth, engagement, change and communication
  • Contribute to and lead the design and implementation of various capability development solutions for team members across levels
  • Support the design, curation, and delivery of learning via multiple formats and delivery modes
  • Contribute to broader OD projects such as talent attraction and identification, leadership development, culture, and change
  • Contribute to and support O’Brien Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Assist in the maintenance of our learning management system, and in driving engagement with our recognition platform

  • Good general IT skills and ability to navigate systems, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Qualifications in Psychology, HR, Business, Human Resources or Learning and Development; or previous experience in a similar role within HR, Organisational Development or Learning and Development
