About the Role …
You will be working in a high-functioning and collaborative team.
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
Identifying and implementing prospect acquisition strategies for lead generation
Create and implement structured plans to achieve set targets
Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of personal and team goals
Undertake cold calling & prospect meetings, ensuring that contact targets are regularly met
Actively and successfully manage the Acquisition process: lead generation, solution pitch, relationship expansion, negotiation & close
Develop strong and consistent relationships with clients through regular contact
About you …
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Essential skills & competencies:
A strong self-drive to exceed sales targets
A passion for forging long term, mutually beneficial partnerships
5+ years’ experience within sales or business development for a retail or services Organisation
A demonstrated ability to discover and convert new opportunities
