An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Workforce Planning & Reporting Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team, reporting to the Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager. The primary purpose of this role will be to manage centre reporting, interpreting, analysing and recommendations to improve the divisional workforce to optimise efficiencies and increase customer experience and satisfaction.

In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties: 

  • You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • You will liaise with internal teams and external Vendors to ensure our reporting data accuracy and system performance targets are met
  • Ensuring accurate and timely dashboard reports are available to stakeholders based on their needs
  • Manage the consolidation and analysis of data within a complex multi-system Omni channel environment (including front and back office) to provide clear and concise insights to support data driven decision making
  • Translate data into planned and actionable items
  • Providing advice, insights and assess performance variances to identify issues and possible solutions.

We seek a genuine and driven individual with:

  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within a planning analyst role
  • Experience in dealing with large data sets
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Desirable experience with Genesys, Shift Track, eMite, DWH/TM1, PowerBI
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • A proven track record of delivering and driving results
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
  • Formal qualifications in Finance/Accounting/Workforce Planning desirable
