About the Role …


Our Auto Sales Consultants are the first point of contact for inbound enquiries for chip repair or glass replacement on vehicles. Therefore, this role requires excellent listening, communication and people skills. 


In this role, you will be required to: 

  • Attend to calls from customers providing quotes and booking customers to have the Glass on their vehicle repaired or replaced.
  • Provide a great customer experience offering the customer all features and benefits of booking with O’Brien Auto Glass
  • Contact our customers to finalise initial quote, enquiry and liaise with branches and external service providers
  • Provide first class service to all customers using your amazing people and communication skills
  • Achieve and maintain set sales KPI’s
  • Adhere to call centre metric KPI’s
  • Attending ongoing internal training and development to ensure you are building your skills and product knowledge
  • Attend meetings and coaching sessions
  • Take part in centre engagement activities
  • Take part in our reward and recognition programs


About you …

Recruitment Requirements

  • Must be able to attend 2 weeks of full-time paid training  
  • Rotating roster
  • Monday - Saturday, Finishing window between 6pm to 10pm (Work from home)
  • Monday - Sunday, working rotation between 8am – 8pm (Work from home)
  • Enjoy the benefits of working from home and in the office as required


Must have a quiet workplace at home with a stable internet connection, and a suitable office set up (office desk and chair)
