For a newly created role, we are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner who is dedicated to driving a positive safety culture and risk reduction across O’Brien® Distribution Centres nationally.

Here is some of what you will do...
Providing leadership and advice on Health, Safety and Wellbeing risks across the business
Drive improvement through strong collaboration with stakeholders
Promote and support the development of safety culture in responsible areas
Ensuring that the business meets all WHS legislative requirements
Travel to multiple locations to provide hands on support
Conduct site audits and facilitate risk mitigation planning
Perform training and coaching to drive safety performance
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in WHS
Experience working in Distribution Centers or Warehousing environments
Demonstrated experience in hazard identification and risk management
Experience in change management & project support of facility changes or relocations
Strong understanding of relevant state and federal WHS legislation
Demonstrated experience in injury management
A sound knowledge of WHS management systems implementation
Demonstrated experience in ensuring site compliance and conducting site audits
Developing and presenting effective training programs
Experience in incident investigation and reporting
Intermediate MS Suite ability
Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV of HS&W as a minimum), Return to Work Coordination training and a current Driver’s license are essential for this position.
