About the Role …
You will be working in a high-functioning and collaborative team.
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
You will be responsible for managing the team and their own designated geography to generate new business for O'Brien® from within existing B2B relationships, but more so from new clients, primarily in the Automotive Crash & Panel Repair sector
Responsible for developing service and commercial strategies at the Central customer and Operational level and exploring and developing potential new revenue streams for O’Brien® in the Calibration as a Service market segment.
Develop strong and consistent relationships with clients through regular contact
The position has a strong focus on managing the outcomes of the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple levels and specific sites
About you …
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Essential skills & competencies:
A strong self-drive to exceed sales targets
A passion for forging long term, mutually beneficial partnerships
3-5+ years’ experience within sales or business development for a Retail/ Automotive Organisation
A strong passion for leading and mentoring a team
A demonstrated ability to discover and convert new opportunities
