About the Role …
You will be working in a high-functioning and collaborative team.
In this role, you will be required to undertake the following duties:
You will be responsible for establishing and implementing sales strategies and practices which support the achievement of long term and annual business plans and budgets of O’Brien®
You will be generate new business for O'Brien® from within the supply base of major builders in the Insurance Fulfillment sector
You will be responsible for developing operational level client relationships, analysing and developing integrated client solutions to meet our client’s strategic needs and exploring and developing potential revenue streams for O’Brien® in the Insurance Builder environment
The position has a strong focus on managing the outcomes of the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple levels and specific sites
About you …
To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
Essential skills & competencies:
A strong self-drive to exceed sales targets
A passion for forging long term, mutually beneficial partnerships
5+ years’ experience within sales or business development for a Retail/ Automotive Organisation
A demonstrated ability to discover and convert new opportunities
