About the Role

Here is some of what you will do...

  • Developing and leading the O’Brien carbon neutral program, end to end product stewardship and, ensuring a high standard of reporting and environmental compliance.
  • Researching sustainability initiatives; technologies and trends and assessing opportunities that O’Brien could adopt or aspire to.
  • Partnering closely with the business to facilitate key performance indicators in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
  • Supporting our communities by leading and coordinating Giving Back initiatives.
  • Providing superior reporting by establishing data capturing mechanisms and tracking performance.
  • Working with stakeholders on the implementation of the Belron & O’Brien® strategy.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility
  • A good understanding of the most relevant and best practice corporate sustainability and social responsibility practice, nationally and internationally
  • A passion for giving back and community engagement
  • Experience working in a global organisation (preferred)
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to drive outcomes
  • Excellent facilitation, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Experience and understanding of sustainability/environmental reporting standards and certifications requirements and management.
  • Experience in reporting (including data capture in greenhouse gas and inventory management).
  • Tertiary qualifications sustainability or related field
