About the Role …
Our Credit Services team is the first point of contact for customers by providing your expertise in assisting customers in validating their claims. Therefore, this role requires excellent listening, communication and people skills.
In this role, you will be required to:
Managing the Validations inbox
Making outbound calls to customers and liaise with insurers
Effectively listen to the customer’s needs and apply appropriate solutions
Handle complaints in the first instance, address the customers concerns and escalate to the appropriate department
