To further support our leaders, we are looking for a commercially savvy HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor who is looking for their next challenge.

This HR Business Partner role is focused on our Support Office team which includes Finance, Call Centre, IT, Marketing and Sales. You will work with the Head of HR - Operations as a valued HR team member and will partner daily with functional leads and line managers. Your time will be spent between Padstow (in our Call Centre) and working flexibly from home.

 

As the HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Provide hands on support and guidance around Change, Performance Management, Recruitment and Workforce Planning
  • Partner, coach and collaborate with Line Managers to ensure that they are skilled to have the right conversations at the right time
  • Balance all BAU priorities including people administration whilst leading projects with confidence.
  • Using people metrics, deliver on and improve all of our processes including new starter processes, variations, inductions, etc
  • Partner with functional leaders to manage the annual cycles for performance, talent and engagement.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Minimum of 5-6 years proven experience as a HR BP or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery of timely and business focused HR advice, direction and services
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
