An exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Administrator to join the O’Brien team at our Tullamarine branch!

About the Role
The Customer Service Administrator will work closely with our admin, planning and glazing teams and is a key point of contact for both our customers and our team members on a range of administrative processes.
You will be supported by a team of experienced leaders and will receive ongoing training, coaching and support to ensure your success.
Provide first class service to all customers using your amazing communication skills
Data entry including invoicing compliance, taking or following up on payments, creating system based new jobs and processing refunds and credits.
Keep customers appraised of service lead-times by understanding our booking & scheduling system
Able to make decisions to resolve day to day issues as they arise
Be a flexible but valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive team environment.
What were looking for in the successful candidate:
Proven administration experience in a service-based industry
Resilient and able to work in a complex and changing environment
Driven with a strong desire to succeed in a team environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent self-organisation and time management skills
Knowledge of the Glass and Glazing industry would be an advantage but not a requirement.
